Long time no see..

Tue Aug 1, 2006, 8:25 AM
To all of our friends, and watchers:
We are sorry for not posting our comments on your amazing art works. We have been extreamly busy and haven't had the time to come on DA very much! In the next few weeks we plan on getting our subscription to DA back and sitting down and commenting on your art! What we have been able to see is beautiful and as always creative. Please forgive us for not having the time. We will get to it asap! As of today we have 1,188D to look at, and we will look at them and comment!
Just wanted to send a thank you to our friends that have been commenting and sticking with us through all of these times! We really love to see your comments on our art work as well. Thanks for taking the time for us. It means the world.
We hope that this finds you all doing well, and that you continue to share your amazing work with us!
Have a wonderful week!

Been doing a LOT of maternity/children/family stuff and not the usual things we like to do.. Thats why we really havent been submitting.

We have a question for ya!

What type of lense do YOU use for portraits? We've been using our 50mm f1.8 with our 300d a lot but are always looking for better stuff.

Any suggestions? What would you recommend?

Wow :D

Wow a DD?! Thanks so much to Liek for the suggestion :D Be sure to check out their gallery, its truely inspiring.

A little info about Serenity. It was taken last summer in Mississippi. The land formation that she was standing on actually came about because people were digging for fill dirt. It created a canyon with water in the middle. It had so many lines of texture from the way they dug it out that you (or atleast I did) would really believe it was taken in the desert.

Anyways Im glad you all like it!

Much love,

David & Lisa
